River boat transport in the Reisa river
Are you planning a trip to fish for salmon in the legendary Reisaelva? Or are you planning a hike in the fantastic Reisa National Park? Reisa’s beautiful valley is crisscrossed by paths and tracks that are suitable for everyone – choose from the a wide diversity of routes that suit all age groups and physical abilities. We can offer transport for both you and your equipment to and from your destination in the Reisa national park or perhaps further down the river – regardless of whether your adventure lasts 2 or 7 days.
Salmon fishing
The Reisaelva is well known both for its good salmon fishing and its beautiful nature. The upper part of Reisaelva (fishing zone 11-19) cannot be reached by car, so a river boat trip is the best option to get upstream. We can help you by transporting you to the fishing zone for which you have purchased a card as and when you need to get there. Of course, we can also arrange a return trip at the time if your choosing.
You can follow the link below to buy a fishing license in Reisaelva. Select the Reisaelva, fishing zone, duration of the fishing license and date.

Hiking tours
Reisa National Park is a magnificent place for hiking and camping. The wild environment and intoxicating atmosphere here will take your breath away. Everywhere there are good and well-marked paths that are connected in a larger network accessing surrounding areas. The “Nordkalott trail” is the name of the extensive marked path that crosses the country borders between the more northern parts of Norway, Sweden and Finland. As you wander through these countries, you can experience the magic of the beautiful Arctic landscape. The terrain in the areas you walk in varies from high mountains to deep valleys and vast, spectacular vistas. The national park is also perfect for shorter, less ambitious day trips. There are many beautiful and spectacular highlights that can be easily reached in just a few hours. Whatever you choose to do, we can provide the transport you need – either one-way or return.
Canoeing
We rent out good-quality, well-maintained canoes, and we can transport both you and the canoes to wherever you wish to start your canoe safari. This allows you to tailor your own adventure in Reisa National Park. Spend several days in the valley if desired and paddle down the river in your own time. Along the river there are several open cabins that can be used for overnight stays. Reisaelva has some demanding sections, so some prior knowledge of canoeing is required. At certain rapids, we recommend going ashore to hire/carry the canoe, and we can give detailed advice on this. Oars and life vests are included. Note that we do not rent out canoes if the water level is flowing at over 2.5 metres. This is for your own safety.
